| · We get a request to modify the room tariff because of special discount, booking made on wrong tariff etc. |
| · We must check the booking status if the booking is not checked out then we must request corporatereservations@treebohotels.com to modify the rate as per contract rate of requested rate. |
| · The guest has already checked out and then we get a request to change the tariff. |
| · We must request billing team (billing@treebohotels.com) to modify the rate as per the request. |
| · Billing team will reissue the invoice for the modified tariff. |
| · Modified amount will reflect in the following settlement. |
| · If we get a request to modify the rate after settlement, then the modification we reflect in the next settlement under adjustment from past settlement. |
